Ken was such an amazing help! He guided me through the process, and then showed me to the storage unit. He also taught me how to use the lock!! 10/10 service :)

Amazing customer service!!!!!!!!!They have the best customer service I've ever experienced!!! Extremely helpful and made everything very simple to navigate from out of state. Anyone who lives in Florida knows that the weather is unpredictable. They made sure that nothing damaged my unit and verified that my unit was locked correctly. They mentioned that several units had issues and they wanted to be sure they resolved all of them. This is a difficult task considering every unit is locked and they cannot check inside them regularly. When the storms get bad in Florida, they are bad! All bets are off. We own rental properties here and if the power goes down or water gets in, it takes time to fix and restore. I have no doubt they do their very best to keep climate control stable. I will use this storage unit again - no question! The staff is truly amazing. It was a pleasure working with them.
