        I was warmly greeted with smiles from the staff. They all were so supportive and genuinely kind. Nikita was amazing, a good listener and helped me decide which unit for my needs. Marcus was very knowledgeable, fast, thorough and let me know what was what and key information on my contract to consider. He also went above and beyond to get me all the proper promotions and prices. Josh was super friendly, patient and gave me great customer service along with Mike, who assisted with my visit from beginning to end and offered team support to speed the process. In all the facility exceeded my expectations and the staff needs to be rewarded for making ExtraSpace Storage look like the place to be!

        Extremely clean facility. The staff was top notch. Matt helped me, apparently while training 2 new employees. If this is the person training new hires, they are in great hands. He was friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable and full of energy. It is a rare sight to see amazing customer service like this.
