Having worked with several real estate agents before, Libby has been the most experienced, knowledgable, and caring agent we worked with. Besides being passionate about helping us to find a home in this crazy real estate market. She went above and beyond to educate us, guide us, and made sure that we made a correct decision when putting an offer to purchase a house. Unlike other agents we worked with in the past, she is not a wheeler and a dealer. She is very honest and did not push us to purchase a house just to be done with it. If a house we were interested in was a mistake, she told to it to us frankly. In our case, she was able to establish a relationship with the seller / seller's agent to ensure we were taken care of. This was one of the key things that allowed us to get under contract with our new home. Besides being a honest / experienced real estate agent, she is genuinely a very good person. Experience matters! Libby has what it takes to make your real estate transaction easy. She does her homework and explains every step along the way. We live out of state, and recently needed a realtor to help us sell our home in Tallahassee. As first time sellers, we didn't have a clue as to where to begin. "Libby Allen is a first class realtor and person! She consistently went "the second mile" in handling the renovation and sale of my parents home. For a very reasonable fee she identified and hired contractors to: replace the roof, install granite and tile in kitchen and bathrooms, replace the popcorn ceilings, install vinyl plank flooring, install new appliances, paint the exterior and interior of the house and dozens of other tasks that greatly added to the value of the home.
