        Robert Leparulo and his team are amazing. We moved from one Property to another and everything went smoothly. They are great at working with you and answering questions and returning phone calls and emails promptly and we just really appreciate them renting in Tallahassee is not easy and nowhere is perfect. But if you give Robert Leparulo and his team a chance. They will make your renting experience worth it.

        Rented a college apartment from them from 2018-2021. Never had a problem with maintenance or service requests, they always got someone out within 48hrs. Easy move-in and move-out process. Nice to have the main office within walking distance of FSU. Rents were usually much lower than the newer student housing going up around campus. All around a good experience and would recommend.
