After a couple of disappointing apartment tours I scheduled a tour at Villa Capri. From my very first phone call to when we signed our lease, Steven was friendly, extremely professional and helpful. He patiently answered all of my questions , listened to my concerns (and put them at ease). It was such a positive experience! Steven is an asset to Student Housing Solutions. The complex is older so the buildings look a little weathered but the grounds are well maintained, the 2/1 are a nice size, lots of storage and very functional floor plan.

All around great agency to house with. From a customer side, the SHS front office is amazing. We were initially given a tour of the house by Steven, and he was great in explaining all the details of the house and contract. Steven and the rest of the staff provide excellent service, from the moment you step in the office or speak with them over the phone, assisting in many different ways. The maintenance crew is also awesome. Weve had Seth and Cole stop by the house a few times to fix things here and there and theyve been incredibly helpful and personable, giving great advice on avoiding the issue in the future. Always drop by quickly, and do a great job at what they do. Thank yall so much!
