I wish that I could rate this less than 1 stars. I honestly wanted to like them, they were kind-ish, had no issues with them but after some time, the mask comes down and the slum lords that they are come out. After 5 years of living in my complex (which they were not always the management group) Capital Management Group comes in rises rent. And 2 days before Thanksgiving no less. They called in the late afternoon and tell me that I have 1 day to find a new place, or see rent increase. If you can avoid renting from a property managed by them just be aware that they don't care about you in the slightest, you're just another tenet that they can exploit.

Let me just tell you how professional and responsive this group is. My gate key stopped working and Meghan had it fixed within the hour AND dropped it back off to me. Just bought a unit with this group and its been the best decision. Never had a management group with such great associates. Seriously guys Meghan needs a raise because she is amazing!!

This is some of the best quality work Ive ever had done. Will definitely be looking to rehire in the future.
