A Good company. Property Management is never perfect and does not always heed to the unrealistic demands of tenants and applicants but All in All this company takes care of residents and offers a high quality product nonetheless.

My husband and I were interested in seeing and possibly renting a home in Bainbirdge, GA. Shelly was nice enough to waive the application fee and we applied a week ago. We've had very brief interactions via text since then. She has our personal information but hasn't even done a credit check yet (a week later). When you call her, she doesn't answer and her voicemail is full. We went to the home anyways just to get a look at it from the outside and saw a sign for a real estate company in the yard. We called that number and they said the home isn't for rent only for sale with them. So, what was the point Shelly? You've got our personal information and ghosted us. Stay away from this "company."

This rental company has a good talk game. Ive moved in and so ready to end my lease already its only been 3 months. Rent high and the maintenance request Ive placed in several time they never seem to get back in touch with u. Never received a mailbox key after moving in 3 months ago and still havnt received a key. Every time somethings wrong in the apartment it takes weeks to have someone come out. Smh yes I pay my rent on time with no problem but I have a problem with getting in touch with someone to fix things around the apartment. I would not recommend this relator/renter company to no one. Learned lesson for myself.
