No one has ever done a better job washing my long, winding, aggregate concrete driveway than Spencer from Wash Proz. Earlier this year I had the roof of my 16 year old house washed. The roof looks brand new with no long-term problems with run-off nor landscaping damage. Most recently I had the house washed. We're on the water and in the woods. It gets mildewy. Awesome job. Even the outside of my windows were sparkling. What sets this company apart and really speaks to the level of professionalism that the owner practices is how adversity has been managed. As I mentioned my driveway is not straight and it is tree-lined. On one of the service visits a tree was damaged when the technician was backing out his truck and trailer. The owner of Wash Proz, Anthony, insisted on paying for any damage to the tree. My arborist evaluated the tree and did not charge us but still Anthony slashed the price of my service call. It was not necessary nor requested but he insisted. The next time Wash Proz came out to do the driveway they had replaced the truck & trailer setup to an all-in-one unit. No more backing onto a property required. Wash Proz's work product is superior and their prices are competitive. I value the company's work ethic.
