I didn't even start working with these guys for employment and the owners son I assumed told me I need to tighten up? Also just hung up on me after saying that. Not good people. I don't even think their machinery is up to date...

I bought a new home and the plumbing was done by Terry West Plumbing. I called the company to tell them of things that were not working. The man that answered the phone was very rude to me. My water pressure was very low, my kitchen faucet was lose, and none of the stoppers in the three bathroom sinks and two tubs worked. I ended up calling another plumber. The other plumber changed all the stoppers in the bathrooms and now they work. The problem with the kitchen faucet was it only had one lose screw holding it on. The water pressure was set at 40. The new plumber fixed my kitchen faucet and set my water pressure up to 70. I should not of had to pay a plumber to come out and fix these things since my house was brand new. It cost me money I didn't have.
