Don't ever use Adam H. Hancock He was paid to re plumb our entire home we just purchased. A month ago we had water leaking somewhere under the house and he came back to fix it due to being under warranty. Immediately stated it was due to us not running our water during cold weather. After the fact my husband went under the house noticing ALL the old piping was still there and had not been replaced. After many many text he came back out stating he hired 2 other men to do the job and now he is outta monies and has to fix all. Dont believe the sob story due to many people seen him on our property and under our home. He even sent videos and pics while under there of what all he supposedly did to the realtor. Well he showed up @3:25 and left at 10 saying he couldnt finish due to not having some parts, would be back the next day. Never showed back up skirting still off pipes laying everywhere and the pex pipe he was using still coiled up under the home. Who know what he did. Now see if has been arrested for drugs and VOP. Along with not being licensed plumber. We didnt hire him the seller did. Now were stuck fixing his screw ups. BEWARE

Me and my partner both 20 hired adam to do a lot of plumbing work for us new pipes, moving our water heater, setting up our shower. We supplied food, beverages, and gave a very open time table. But since we have paid Adam it has been 6months with almost no communication and our shower isnt done our water heater doesnt work and other drains and responsibilities havent been met! We have called, texted, and reached out in every way we can to no use. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY HE WILL USE YOU AND LEAVE YOU HANGING.

Had a terrible back flow in shower and plumbing it all got me taking care of in record time with friendly professional service the only plumber I call

I met Adam in the plumbing aisle at Home Depot on a Sunday. He took his time to talk through a simple fix with me. I appreciate a good honest tradesman and look forward to using him in the future with any of my plumbing needs.
