This place is fantastic, ignore the reviews for bad customer service, Doug might be particular bout certain things but from my experience with professionals that do great work and know the trade they’re in Doug was nothing short of professional!!

The rudest customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I am unsure why someone with so little people skills is in an industry that requires contact with the general public. Take your business elsewhere.

Was cautious about coming because of a reviewer's warning of rudeness - I had the OPPOSITE experience - totally friendly, helpful, highly knowledgable and good- humored! Great place!

Broke my back window out of me cap on my truck. Custom plastics made a perfect match and saved me a lot of money from having to buy one from Minco. Looks better then the original.

I have been asking Doug (the owner) for a quote on a few sheets of plastic for over 2 months. I have sent him a total of 6 emails over the course of roughly 62 days. He responded to 3 of those emails letting me know different reasons why he hadn't done it yet, but that he would be getting to it soon. He told me it would be no problem to get my plastic in and cut by the end of the summer. The summer is almost over and i still don't have a quote.
