Absolutely the worst set of individuals to come across.I walked to up to the counter and immediately heard screaming coming from the kitchen area. I looked straight through the small window leading into the kitchen and saw two individuals back there arguing, no one within the store came to the front until about 5 minutes after I was standing up there. When someone finally comes I was rudely approached by a older woman with braids. Her name is either Ms. Jay or Kay. Iâ€™m not sure what was said. This isnâ€™t the first time Iâ€™ve received poor treatment from this individual, I am highly upset.

i had a horrifying experience at villa restaurant in Tallhassee at Governors square mall . The workers are very rude and have a major attitude. When i walked up there was screaming going on , the food looked very old and no one was in the front to help. After someone finally coming to serve me , the lady was very rude and loud and said â€œAre you going to order or notâ€ I politely said â€œno thanksâ€ and walked away. I will NEVER look in villaâ€™s direction. The way they treat people is unbelievable!!!!!
