I had an excellent experience with American Curb Appeal. I initially contacted another company but was brushed off. When I reached out to American Curb Appeal for an estimate, Terry was actually in my area at the time and showed up within 45 minutes. The job called for some minor asphalt repair on my driveway and the application of seal coat. Terry explained the entire process to me. He was also upfront and truthful that he wouldnt be able to get the job done for at least 3-4 weeks. As promised, I received the estimate via email that evening and felt that the price was reasonable. Terry and his team eventually made it out and got the job done in a few hours, we are completely satisfied and couldnt be happier. Terry was great. After another hard rain and seeing water rushing down the side of my house, I started calling around for someone to put a asphalt water diverter (berm) at the top of my driveway. Out of the 4 people i Googled, he was the only one to actually pick up the phone and talk to me. I described my problem, he set up a date to look at my driveway, gave me a quote and scheduled the job. His price was well within reason. he even called me back to see if i wanted to schedule something earlier because he checked the forecast and said that it was going to rain on our scheduled date. He was courteous and professional and I would recommend him to anyone.

My husband saw one of their employees walking around in Lowe's without a mask. I called the company to ask them to make sure that their employees wear masks when they are in a public place, as required by law. The man became very belligerent and wrongly told me that there was no such law. I told him that I was a lawyer, so I was aware of the law passed in June. He told me I was a bad lawyer and he hung up on me. Based on this interaction, I would never hire this company. The company's complete disregard for the safety and well-being of others in our community during a pandemic is inexcusable.
