Don't bother if you're a new patient. Of the > 15 options on the answering machine, new patients isn't one of them. Their first option should change to "If you are in need of medical services, hang up now and call someone else!"

First time calling. Waited over 20 minutes and it was an answering service. Said they would refer my information over to the company. Doesn't seem to be a very reliable and efficient compny.

Worst customer service ever keep you on hold for ever and keep sending bills to my email and thru the mail as of 6/17/2022 even though by bill was payed and received since 5/31 2022

I made three calls to Lincare. The first connected but cut me off for no reason. The second never answered. The third said she'd connect me with someone at customer service but I waited about five minutes and no one ever answered. If you can find another company that can provide what you need, I advise you to use them. This company has terrible service.

Absolute worst customer service in Tallahassee. They billed me for 3 months when I only used it for 3 weeks. No receipts or paperwork was ever received and waited for 3 weeks to pick up after they were called which caused an additional month to be billed. As a healthcare provider I will never recommend them again.
