Clark Orthodontics

Teeth slightly angled after treatment with Dr. Clark. They were not straight as they should have been. My son was in treatment at the same time with the same result. I should have insisted he correct mine but I was tired of dealing with it. My son left to go serve in the military. Would not wish this on other young people.

Dr Clark and his staff are absolutely the best I have autism and very bad Dental anxiety and they are so very patient with me and accommodate me with what ever I may need and they also provide me with a weighted blanket.

Highly recommend! I had a consultation with Clark Orthodontics, everything went great, & was a all around awesome experience! The office is so beautiful. All the associates and staff were so friendly & down to earth. Dr. Clark was amazing about giving me his thoughts and opinions and what would be best for all my dental needs. Also will answer any questions or concerns you may have and was in and out in a timely manner.

So far Ive had a very bad experience with Clark Orthodontics. For starters in between getting my braces I had a move, so the braces I have on now were not put on originally by this staff (so any wrongdoing with placement of braces is not their fault). Upon trying to get a new consultation to transfer/continue care it took roughly 3-4 months to get in. Once I finally got the appointment and everything squared away everything seemed to be going well, except every appointment Ive had going forward is pushed out 2-3 months, which I find out when getting out of the chair Im told to come back 4-6 weeks. Why am I being scheduled sometimes 13 weeks out? This is just dragging out the treatment. The staff tells me that theyre just super booked, which I understand and know its not necessarily their fault due to scheduling, but why accept all these clients knowing you dont have the means to accurately support them. Not to mention once I was scheduled for almost about 3 months out (appointment was 5/18 then was told 8/1 for next appt) which seemed excessive being that I was told to Come back in. 4-6 weeks but they assured me after looking there was absolutely nothing else. My mom called them 20 min later and got the appointment moved up to 7/5 - even though I asked them to double and triple check. Nothing was open that fast. If I could go back in time I would stick with my old orthodontist and drive the 4 hours. I at least wouldve had timely spaced out appointments. ** added. This is a horrible experience being that Ive been going here since Dr. Stevens was the orthodontist and had the best experience with him. I figured that the new orthodontist wouldve been just as pleasant of an experience, but no.
