This place is horrible. Housekeeper the stud women is disrespectful. The lpn name Sean is rude and has a slick mouth wasnt willing to help my situation dealing with my grandmother. Monique she is also a Lpn does not have good work ethics. There is also the unit manager name Denise who honestly just need to be fired . She is rude and always high off something . She doesnt care about the residents. . Im glad I took my grandmother out of this hell hole .

A follow-up from 5 months ago. My husband was still in the hospital after having been at your facility. My husband had had a good mind, it went downhill. Anyway, he's laying in the hospital bed out of it. A representative came from Heritage. She started asking my husband questions, asking if he remembered her. And how she came in to see him every day. My husband was in no position to answer her. He didn't even know she was there. I went to say something and she told me to be quiet cause she's talking. When I was finally able to talk, I told her that Craig said nobody ever came to see him except those who brought food and guests. No therapy, nothing. My husband is now deceased.

I was told my grandad was left unresponsive in his room his heart stopped he was rushed to the hospital.
