        Second time using the company, and service has been vastly different from my first experience. I had multiple items damaged during the moving process. In addition, I was overcharged with no communication. I reached out to discuss these issues with the company and was told that I would hear back the following day, when details had been confirmed. No return call was received and when I reached back out, I was given the same message. This has continued for multiple days. At this point, I would not recommend this company to family or friends.
