Just once, it would be wonderful if a bank could offer exemplary service above and beyond what is offered, especially when all that was needed was a short phone call. We had an issue with fraud by a vendor with whom we contracted. Neither of the PM representatives we spoke with were helpful or even empathetic. We were continually reminded of timelines for reporting within the service agreement. The fact we would not have known of the fraud within that timeframe did not matter to the PM reps who robotically referred to the service terms. Taking an extra two minutes to help us or even showing some interest would have made all the difference to us as business owners who pride ourselves on top-notch customer service.

Every possible access to a great banking system can be experienced here. The bank manager, the tellers and the bank services people are all terrific.
