4/7/24 at 10.40am just left didn't receive my change back,two girls one male slop just standing there talking with my change in her hand. Drink was something other than what we ordered.The problem is the crew is socializing with each other than working,clean the house and hire people who want to work. Avoid at all cost, never to return.

Never got takeout because there system went down and how horrible the manager treated me. She told the person in front me that it would be back up 5 to 10 minutes. I waited 15 then walked up to window because a line of cars was in front of me. When walked up two employee were on cell phone and manager was eating French fries. She got really rude to me. She told me they have new owners. I said maybe they need to know about your system being a problem. She just kept speaking really load. She has know customer service experience and as long as they keep people like that there they are not going to improve on business. Every time I go there the system is down. The workers are fooling around. Also customers keep driving away they cant be doing well at all.

The decline in service quality and food preparation has been noticeable and disheartening. Firstly, the service at both locations has been subpar, with frequent mistakes in orders and unreasonably long wait times, even with mobile orders. Specific instances of disappointment include receiving sandwich cheese instead of shredded cheese on a chili cheese coney, finding only a concentration of flavor at the bottom of a strawberry/cranberry slush, and encountering a cold corndog for my child. Since the closure of the Sonic on Monroe St and the subsequent reopening, both locations have failed to meet expectations. At this point, I'm inclined to only visit Sonic when I'm in a different city, as both of our local locations have consistently disappointed. It's disheartening to witness such a decline.
