Dr. Clifton Bailey is a fantastic Dr. We had to go with a family member and he was very cheerful and fun to be around!

Wait times are ridiculous, which shows total disrespect for their patients. Don't overbook. They apparently know they have an issue with wait times but no desire or knowledge of how to fix it.

Absolutely the worst. Came to my appointment for one issue and one issue only. The nurse practioner kept interrupting me. Was fixated on one diagnosis. Tried to diagnose me without even listening to me breathing. Tried to diagnose me with 2 issues. One of those diagnosis wasn't even in conversation. Go out of town if you can.

The doctors and nurses at Tallahassee Pulmonary Clinic are very good. Unfortunately they do not make up for the poor management and administration of the front desk staff. The waiting time is ridiculous and in the case of my wife and I, had nothing to do with appointment time or time of arrival. They post these patronizing blue signs throughout the waiting room that read something like: "if you have been waiting longer than ten minutes, please notify the front desk". However, the front desk ignore patient concerns. If you have time and resources, and your insurance permits, I advise you to go elsewhere for treatment.

Doctors are great. Some of the women behind the desk are beyond rude; and stupid. I try not to deal with them. The only woman thats in charge of scheduling is the absolute worst. I avoid her at all cost. Ive nicknamed her, donnarrhea But, i digress. Once you get past the village idiots, and in the back, its like night and day. All the medical staff, my doctor, and his nurse, the office manager, everybody in the back are really great.
