bad customer service. I had an appointment here at 2pm and nobody was there and never opened their door, i seen another person with the same problem that had the same appointment time with me and nobody was there, dont come here

Impossible to make an appointment. I've been attempting to make an appointment for my mom who theyre aware she has a serious issue with her heart and needs her teeth extracted before she can have surgery; left a message with the nurse assistant no return, my mom has missed appointments as shes being assisted and my schedule doesnt have open availability but only for Bond to just refuse her of service knowing her predicament, you would think her PCP wouldve had the nurse sent out to the home, to better assist her; not deny her of future appointments without notice...still NOBODY picks up or return the messages left. They dont care from my experience. Her doctors was switched multiple times because the first doctor was for pediatrics and Dr.McMillan had a lot of patients(which was confusing but whatever) so they had to switch again and we got another doctor but only had one day out the week at the office. I am switching her doctor & dentist since there's no care or availability and my moms health is important to me. The dentist here needs help as well; there was nobody at the front desk to make an appointment due to how busy and booked they were. Location is under staffed. Also Ms.Keith if thats her name.. rude no customer service. The way this area conducts business and treats the locals is a disgrace to Florida. Born in Miami, Raised in Broward we wouldve never had these problems. Do your research and reviews before considering.

The three women at the front desk need to be fired. I'm currently sitting in the waiting area and they are flat out loud and ghetto. They are literally the most unprofessional women I have ever seen in a doctor's office. It's a shame that they have all these bad reviews, yet, you guys still have them up here. Can only make you wonder how much do they really care for their patients because you can tell these women are only here for the money.

The dentist office is really good with friendly people. The main clinic is exactly the opposite. The staff seem be the most apathetic people Ive ever encountered. Not really rude but just so uninterested in helping you out. I had to make an appointment two months in advance and still was waiting for over an hour to be seen. Im going on the marketplace to try and get health insurance so I dont have to deal with the nightmare experience of the Bond Center.

Worse Place On Both Dental & Medical. They Never Answer The Phone EVER! Like Another Review Said, They Sit On Their Butt All Day & Continue To Forward Calls While Chatting With Co Workers. Lets Start With Dental, You Have To Wait Months Away Just For An Appointment, I Set An Appointment In April & They Said They Were Booked Until Next Year Of 2024. & Before That Appointment I Was Hoping To Get Work Done But They Onky Set Appointments To Look & Do X Rays, I Already Went To Another Dentist & They Sent A Referral Stating I Need A Fill Because I Recently Had A Root Canal Did Which I Paid 1500 Cash Because My Insurance Doesnt Cover It. If You Know Anything About Root Canals When You Get The Work Done They Tell You That You Have 2-6 Weeks To Get A Fill Because They Put A Temporary Fill In & If Not Done Within That Time You Would Need Another Root Canal Procedure, Which Would Be Another 1500 Cash Out Of My Pocket. So I Have To Wait Until Next Year Just For Them To Tell Me What I Already Know. Also Im Pregnant & Before I Had Any Work Done I Had To Get An Approval From My OB, I Called Weeks In Advanced For Them To Have A Letter Ready & No One Answered, I Left Voice Messages Everything. Day Of The Dental Appointment Still No Letter, My Dentist Refused To See Me Until They Got The Letter. So They Personally Had To Call Over & Over Just To Get The Letter & I Was Called Back A Week After Dental Work Was Done Saying I Had A Message Left For Them. I Have Medicaid For Insurance & I Dont Have Many Options As Far As Doctors. They Treat Us Like Shii. I Will Be Changing Doctors I Hate The Entire Place. Ms.Washington Is As Good As It Gets When It Comes To Caring For Patients & Shes Not Even A Doctor So Its Pointless.
