Ghost Controls

Theres almost nothing to say, except that the person I spoke to on the phone was head and shoulders above and beyond what I think his job course was. Ive been waiting two months because the installers gave up on the ghost system and could not figure it out. I read the book thoroughly made sure all the connections were good. I made sure that both remote were working and both openers were working then I called. He spent almost an hour and a half on the phone with me till he corrected everything that was wrong and now I have a perfectly good writing system.

After moving into 11 1/2 acres, a security gate was a must not only to protect our family, but our fur babies as well. We loved it so much that we purchased another gate and have a two gate entry so we are Rambode in. Ghost control staff and product have been five stars, especially customer service the video help and online in person help with troubleshooting!! I have and will continue to refer ghost controls to all!

Their customer service, prompt mailing and quality of equipment is beyond exceptional! My neighbor has a Mule system on his gate and said mine was far better than his and when his wore out, he would be going to Ghost

Brian, was great very knowledgeable very nice help throughout the gate problem answered all my questions walk me through everything. Trully a asset to Ghost and we love our Ghost electric gate operator. Thanks again Brian.
