        Ive been shopping at Total Wine since 2000 in Sarasota, Florida with only minimal problems. This is my new store now that we live in Thomasville, GA. For the first time I had a problem after placing an online order. Well the store did not have any orders from me when I arrived to pick it up. 2 managers, Chris and Mike worked with me to find out what happened. Seems offsite customer support messed up. Chris and Mike made it right and gave me a discount to boot. Love this store. Thanks Guys and great job
