Adam, our tech calls every month and gives you overview of how the services went. When you find an issue and call him he answers or calls back the same day. Very professional.

We realized we were getting scammed by the previous preventative pest control company we had used after we called Paul's. The previous company said we had carpenter ants and needed to redo all of the insulation in our attic which would cost us thousands of dollars. Paul's came by for another quote, and said they weren't carpenter ants at all, and a simple spray for $35 would do the trick. Needless to say, we switched to Paul's. Their service is thorough, quick, honest, friendly, very affordable and I haven't seen a single bug since. Thank you, Paul's Pest Control!

After the service call today I visually checked all sentriron stations. One station was covered with pine straw that did not look to be disturbed. That led me to believe maybe not all of the stations were inspected and baited. This leads me to questions: 1. Are the stations electronically recorded as being serviced. 2. Is the bait pulled out to check for termites. 3. Is fresh bait added to the system. I called and asked to speak to the service technician. Have not received a call back as of 4:28pm.
