        After I contacted Grass and Garden by email, they called me within minutes and came to my home to give a quote that same afternoon. They texted me their arrival time and were prompt. My yard is complicated with many gardens and alot of hand weeding and he did not feel he could meet my expectations. Rod and his son were apologetic and so kind and courteous. The following day, Rod called me and said he felt badly that he could not take on my yard, but he had a trusted reference who could. This type of customer service is rare and I would recommend he and his son, because they went above and beyond to help me.
