On 8/6 I came to the Apalachee Pkwy store and purchased a product that when I got home was not in my bag after traveling 1 hour back to my home in Madison county. I called the Monroe store location and spoke with a young lady that gave the phone to the, who I now know is the owner Amir. He was very polite. I explained my situation and he advised that when I come back to town to have my receipt and if he was not in the store the ask for AD, have him to call him if he had any questions. I did just that and after explaining my situation to the person, I learned he was AD he was rude and questioned me as to why I waited so long and advised this is not their product because it won't scan. So, I asked him to call Amir and he said he would not. So, I said you're not going to call him? He repeated no. To get asisstance I contacted the Monroe store and Terry helped me and was so kind to contact Amir for me. I was able to exchange the product. To top it off I never opened the product but AD did when he did the return and saw it had been used. Not even sure how that may have happened. It is unfortunate but I will never visit the Apalachee Pkwy store.
