Good luck trying to cancel your membership. Sent a email about 3 months ago that I wanted to cancel. Was told I had to bring in a letter and give it to a trainer. Tried 3 times to do this over 2 months when they were supposed to be open and no one was in the building doors were locked. Come to find out the owner changed the training process to have a turnkey gym with no trainers avail during the day at all. Finally got a hold of someone who vowed to cancel my membership immediately. But not before billing me for another month!!! Disappointed for sure. I was a member in Pace, Fl and the gym was amazing where the owners were trustworthy and honest.

I have enjoyed each encounter at 9Rounds. The staff is very friendly, patient and motivating when teaching the different exercises. It is a great workout in under an hour, which works perfectly for my schedule.

First intro session was free which allowed me to get a feel for the concept. 9round makes it easy to fit workouts into your schedule with 30-minute, high-intensity training, coaches that keep you focused and motivated, and flexible start times throughout the week. Its only been a couple of weeks since starting my membership, but I can already feel positive changes in my mental and physics health. If youre on the fence- just give it a try!
