        Pembroke Pines have the poor customer service experience. They are spoiled and let in whoever they want. Saturday is walk in and they don't let anyone else in with more than 3 hours left before the office closes. they don't want to work

        This Department needs to hold owner-operators responsible for the maintenance on their trucks. Florida has the most visually unsafe looking trucks on. Florida needs to hold itself to a higher standard. The owner operators or company's should be handed Fix-It tickets and inspected more often.
