        no wonder why so many bad reviews, I just called and what an attitude from this lady, Patricia I think, is there an actual supervisor in there that listen to the poor customer service they provide? or the supervisors give the same service, someone needs to do something about it, extremely long waiting time to get to a representative and just to get one of the worst services by an unprofessional person with the works attitude, not willing to help? there are so many people looking for a job, give someone else the opportunity to actual help customers that are calling to get help.
