If I could post this 10-fold I would! Big huge accolades to Marcus in the service department - his knowledge and assistance made me love my Genesis again.
We drove 1.5 hours from Dothan, AL to get my vehicle serviced and tend to a recall because the local Hyundai service center has the worst customer service. I will definitely come back to Werner in Tallahassee.

Go to Werner Genesis if you want to be treated with respect and decency. The staff there cover all bases when it come to customer service. Ask for Michael with the beard, he was great. Even if you get someone else you won't be disappointed.

Werner Genesis service department: worst experience with any service dept ever!! As of today, its been 39 days that my 19 month old, 2022 GV80, with 16K miles has been in service for repair. So-called repaired after 30 days only to be towed back the same day of pick up, 40 mins later, for the exact same problem! Nine additional days in, still no car, no status, no communication whatsoever!
I hope we NEVER have to rely on Werner Genesis for service, or anything for that matter, EVER AGAIN!
Everyone we spoke to is polite, but thats literally the extent of any good weve experienced.

PLEASE BEWARE READ THIS VERY IMPORTANT. 2023 GV80 prestige
INVOICE FRAUD on all your repairs. (Look at your work order, they are charging Genesis corporate work that you never requested and saying you asked them to do it). Also work was never even performed very sad.
PLEASE MARK YOUR TIRES THEY ACTUALLY DONT ROTATE THEM AND SAY THEY DO.
HAD MY CAR OVER A MONTH SPAN AND NEVER FIXED ISSUES CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL JUST LAUGH AT YOU AND PLAY JOKES ON PHONE.
EVERYONE HERE IS COMPLETELY CLUES-LESS TOOSAY THE BEST YOULL SEE TRUST ME mark these words
MARCUS (SERVICE MANGER/LIAR) PROMISED CAR RENTAL EVERY DAY what a joke him in his gang is.

TO SAY THE LEAST I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE EVER DELT WITH SO MANY CLOWNS UNDER ONE ROOF THEN WARNER HYUNDAI. Dont waste your money to the next years circus when you can just come here instead. I hate leaving bad reviews but I have given them so many chances for nothing but countless disappointments. I could go on and on please trust me. Dont buy a GENESIS. Once this car is bought back I will never be a returning aggravation for this group of clowns ever again.
