I try my best to support black businesses but people like this business make you not want to support any other black businesses and its sad especially as a grieving mother, I have never dealt with such an very unorganized establishment and the experience was horrible. The guy did a good job on my sons body but everything else from this experience was just bad. I would NEVER deal with this establishment that seems like its more about the money be the full quality than anything. I will never refer them to anyone nor will I EVER do business with Tillmans ever again!!! Im so glad to finally be through with these folks and took almost a month just to receive my death certificate just a friendly suggestion find another funeral home that is more professional and organized. If I could give negative stars I would have. And to mention theyre horrible at calling you back and the lady be trying to over talk you when she doesnt even know what youre about to say, she cuts you off and babble on. Theres no empathy with the owner and some of his staff. JUST A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Do you and your family a favor and save you the headache and just find another funeral home. I didnt list everything that I experienced to keep from getting myself mad all over again but trust me, find another funeral home!!! You will thank me
