Horrible! The dress wasnt ready when I was told it would be, it was ready 2 days later, then they tried to double the price (from $50 to $100). I still ended up paying $85 because I needed it for an event. Do not patronize this location! Service: Special care fabric cleaning

They did a good job on my dress. However, I wish they did alterations. My dress, on the side, needs the stitch fixed.

I have a hard time paying for cleaning that actually makes your shirts dirtier but maybe that's just me. Got my shirts back to discover they obviously hadn't been cleaned and had only been pressed. Took them back and had a lady try to tell me that's the best they could clean but that she would talk to the owner and would follow up. They of course didn't follow up and when I did, said the shirts had been redone. I picked them up this morning to find them worse than when I dropped them off with all sorts of problems. Will never go back and certainly wouldn't send a friend.
