Horrible customer service!! Every time I go here they change the rules!! I used to pay for my order when I picked up my tires, then they made me start calling corporate to pay! I would then have to fight with them to email me a receipt, which I need right away to do my paperwork for my job!! Now you cant just walk in and order tires, you have to call corporate to place an order!! Whats the point in have two people sit there to take care of customers, when they dont do anything!! The people sitting there are very rude!! I will make sure that the City of Tallahassee never orders tires through them again!!
