As a not-for-profit, member-owned cooperative, our primary focus is to serve the financial needs of our members. Because First Florida does not have stockholders, "people before profits" is alive and well. Earnings are returned to members in the form of lower rates and fees, in addition to higher earnings on deposits.

      image I think her name was Dorothy. She provided no help. Didnt even get up to welcome me to her office; just yelled from her chair you can come in. Sat at her desk, made 1 call, told me my account was in the negative (duh thats why Im here) and she couldnt accept my check to reopen my account. I really cant say enough bad things about this branch. Go to the one by Publix. Much friendlier staff and much more helpful.
      Whoever is the hiring coordinator: seek to hire individuals who actually want to provide customer service, while working..incustomer service.
