Brian remodeled our townhouse and did a great job at a competitive price. Any time there was an issue he let us know right away and his work has held up for 5+ years now through 3 different sets of tenants.

Brian was a great contractor and did his best to communicate issues like why things were not done on time which happened once or twice during or whole house remodel.

I had the WORST experience with this company. The owner is extremely untrustworthy when it comes to getting the work done. He lacks communication and doesnt complete the line of work. I had to wait a month to get countertops replaced and they measured incorrectly and hes not going to fix what his employees messed up. I definitely do NOT recommend this company.

I have been a real estate professional in Tallahassee for almost 14 years and I also own multiple rental properties. Over the last 14 years I have used a lot of contractors, and Brian with Nighthawk Construction is the best one in Tallahassee I have worked with by far. I've worked with Brian for the last 6 years on probably somewhere close to 100 projects, and he has always delivered consistently quality work along with fair pricing. The projects have ranged from small projects to very large home remodels. I will continue to use Nighthawk Construction and refer him to my customers going forward.
