        Truly thankful for EMG because I got a retractable banner printed by them which I later found out I didn't need and they were able to get flyers printed for me. I am not a last minute person and they definitely made last minute accommodations.

        I am beyond frustrated with the lack of service and response from this company. August 2022 they sent our materials to the WRONG address and although we made an attempt to retrieve the package, we weren't successful. This company even used AMAZON to ship our materials, so I'm sure they were refunded properly once they informed Amazon that the package wasn't received. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra cost to do business with a company like Staples!
