Dr Z helped me get back in alignment when I had a bulging disc. He is funny and easy going and I enjoy our encounters. He is currently helping my daughter heal her gut - where we previously found many closed doors, and shrugged shoulders, he listened to her story and made an action plan that has really helped her begin to heal. Its exciting to see her body react so positively with natural remedies. We are still on the healing journey but there has already been remarkable progress.

Dr. Z with North Florida Spine and Wellness is the BEST!!!! He is professional and yet personal with his patients. He explains your condition thoroughly and treatment plans. Many times I have hobbled in with my back issues and walked out feeling so much better. If you want an excellent doctor go see Dr. Zaideman!!

This is a truly awesome place. I have always received excellent care here. Dr. Zaideman is very knowledgeable and caring. His staff is wonderful. They are always polite and helpful. I have been a patient here for over 20 years and I would recommend them to anyone.
