When I first came to 100%, I had been experiencing some fairly significant neck and shoulder pain. I was worried it was going to affect my life permanently. The folks at 100% helped me understand that feeling good and living pain free is a journey and not really a destination. In the beginning of 2023 I had to retire from my career as an Orthodontic assistant due to pain, numbness, and loss of strength in my right arm. I had countless dr visits, x-rays and steroid and cortisol shots to treat and try to figure out why my body was "falling apart" before I was recommended to try something new. Specifically 100% Chiropractic. My husband had started care 6 months earlier and his quality of life had improved so much he wanted me to have the same relief. I have had such an improvement in my overall health, flexibility, strength, ability to relax and I've even lost weight! Dr. Max has done a majority of my adjustments and he is kind, gentle, thorough, and encouraging through the process. He's even become a household name in our family because of his positive impact on our well-being! The front office always greets me by name, which I value as a professional in health care and let's not forget the massage and stretching sessions, as they are a real treat for the recovering body. The office is very nice. Ill give them that. And Sarah at the desk was amazing. But past that, complete joke. Get a second, or even a third opinion. Any chiropractor will tell you there perspective recommended treatment. But 72 treats in 12 months? That's ridiculous. The other opinions i received from other chiropractors both told me, with that many treatments they would have done more damage to me than fixing me. On top of the amount of money they were trying to charge me. AND I HAVE INSURANCE! I went in for lower back pain, but they wanted to focus on my neck. Telling me i didnt have the textbook curve they wanted to see from me. After consulting with 2 other chiropractors and a unfortunate hospital visit because the way he twisted my neck just to get a pop i was in so much worse pain that my back pain was nothing at that point. Ive moved on to a new chiropractor and after 4 visits, he has fixed my original back problem, and the pain they caused in my neck. cost me less than 100$ for all 4 visits. while this company wanted to charge me $615 and some change for 72 visits in the next year. GET YOUR SECOND, AND THIRD OPINIONS!
