Children's Clinic

Im fairly new to Tallahassee health systems processes, however, this facility is very unprofessional. Ive been in healthcare for several years. Practitioners are not liable for falsifying documentations and speaking to families. Also, if any disagreements occurs, front desk and doctors looks at you like a stepchild and speak unprofessionally over the phones.There arent any consequences for there actions due to theyre being a private owned business. Please be wise and do not take your child to this place. Worst experience I had yet!

After seeing all of the reviews, I was a little nervous. But we were seen about 45 mins after appt time, which they do take work ins, and it's flu season...so understandable. We met with the PA, Liz....she was wonderful and listened to our concerns. All in all , it was a pretty good experience.

If scheduling an appointment here just clear your entire schedule for that day don't try to come before work on your lunch break nothing my appointment was at 9:45 it's 11 and I still haven't been seen yet only me and two other families are waiting.....

Trust me believe the reviews and take your child somewhere else. The front desk staff are rude. They wont greet you when you walk in and if they do its normally short and cold. You will most likely wait for a super long time to maybe be seen or maybe just be told they cant help you. They also billed an my old insurance company when I provided them my current insurance? Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else dont waste your time.
