        I'm a frequent traveler for work, but this is ridiculous. To the "Owner" of this franchise, I would be embarrassed to own this location, extremely poor customer service by your employee.

        Absolutely horrible. I reserved a car and got here and there are none. Keep in mind I reserved one. Im also 2 hours away from where I need to be. So Im screwed. Corporate is getting a call.
