asked about a basic detail and the guy who answered the phone went off about how there is nothing basic about the business and hung up on me. would not recommend at all

Listen, I rarely leave a review unless I feel the service I receive is exceptional. Earl and his team are amazing, simply put. They were able to make accommodations for my car to be serviced on the same day, just a few hours before I dropped my car off to them. Now I'm unsure if this is something they will be able to offer everyday; however, it's something they were able to do today. When I tell you, my car came back almost as clean and new as it was when I purchased it... I mean it. The services received aligned with the package price. The team cleaned my engine when I didn't ask them to. I had several stains on my driver and passenger seats and they were able to remove them. Also, the scent of my car was refreshing. I HIGHLY recommend for any detailing services.
