Our golf cart was less than a year old. We had not driven it for a couple of months because my husband was sick. The lithium battery went dead! Called in, they sent a tow truck to bring it to their store. John was very courteous & helpful. They figured out the problem & cart is back home! They did remind me to drive the cart every week to maintain the battery so this doesnt happen again! This Battery Source store is the place to buy your golf cart and go for repairs!

I went to the location on Apalachee PKWY where Joe helped me with my purchase. He was professional, super kind and answered all the questions I had. I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me anything and made me feel comfortable enough to make my own decisions on my time.
