In response to Marci review posted below. Its not their job to balance your account or to decide how much your lease is worth maybe you should have mommy do it since your accounts are linked. . I have been using Suntrust for over 30 years. Best bank ever they arent babysitters. Poor students cant handle a checking account

WORST bank I have ever had the experience dealing with. They already stole 240 dollars from overdraft fees (from my debit card), didnt send the money to the service I was 'paying' and had to pay the service with another bank account. The first card which was supposed to be delivered in February arrived TODAY 4/19 and they tell me I can't use it anymore? And the solution they gave me after I complained? - "We can ask for a new card, and your temporary card will be deactivated while your new card arrives" Curse you Truist and whoever takes care of the logistics in this bank. You guys are lucky that international students don't have any other means to change for another bank since many don't have a SSN. -NOTE- If you are an international student, please make sure to talk it out and pressure them because they will do nothing to you, even when they fail time and time again. I'm sorry for whoever gets trapped with this bank. If you are american or have a SSN, just go to another bank. I can promisse you that the only thing they will give you is a headache. For whoever works in Truist and is reading my review, I get a nice treatment by the personal at this bank location but damn your bank sucks.
