Brought truck in for Express Service. An hour later its still sitting in service aisle. Consultant said, oh sorry we dont have anyone to do it. I had to get General Manager involved to get a oil change. In-acceptable! Dont advertise it if you cant offer it.
Took over 2 hours. Ill not be back here for service on my Nissan Products.
