Rachel Rainey did not provide me good service whatsoever. I was in an accident where the other vehicle was liable and their insurance took fully liability and were going to pay then when I get there I had to pay my deductible which wasnt the issue. Overall, she said it had to be filed through my insurance but when I called and emailed about getting it transferred to the other insurance and they confirmed it was switched. When I mentioned this she says it must have been a miscommunication and I will get my money back overall. The point is that they arent reliable and dont care about anything as long as they get their money regardless. I am a college student and its unfortunate that I had to come out of pocket when the other insurance was liable and sent over their information and it was confirmed to me it was switched when in the end they probably never even tried or cared to. I also was supposed to get my car on Monday and never received a call from them after speaking to her at 8:00am but when I called at 4:53pm the same day for an update, she stated she was just about to call me but they closed at 5:00. Overall my experience was terrible I constantly had to call for updates. Giving a 3 star because my car was cleaned on the inside and my repairs look nice.
