        Well really disappointed with my experience this go around. I was told to bring some items and that they were interested. I spoke to a woman and when I arrived with heavy items I was helped by a man that absolutely blew us off and dismissed us as if we were a bother. I will not be going back because of that older gentleman that thinks he is god.

        Bought some item for $90 and had to pay over half that amount for taxes and shipping etc to come out to $141. Told they will ship it in 2 weeks. After what you just charged me and your shipping it in 2 weeks? Ridiculous

        So in their sign they say they pay the best prices! I took a watch in and the said they can only give me $50. Cool. I took in a ring they said they would pay me only $400..cool. I took the stuff to Folmars pawn shop they said $200 for the watch and $650 for the ring. aHUGE DIFFERENCE! Dont believ their signs and go around to get your moneys worth!

      We apologize for your experience with us, but per your phone call we offered to expedite your package. You hung up on us. We are a small operation that runs 500-600 lot auctions multiple times a month. Unfortunately it does take time to ship the items we sell properly. Our terms express that it takes up to 10 days to fully ship our invoices. Our terms also list our shipping prices. The taxes were issued by the platform (Invaluable). This is out of our control and we send an email offering alternative ways to pay to all of our bidders after the auction. For this reason, most of our bidders choose to pay directly through us. Please give us a call to allow us to remedy the situation.
