      I am sorry that we were not successful in this case. Unfortunately, results cannot be guaranteed. I try my best to win every case and I do that by thoroughly reviewing the record, researching multiple legal angles, and writing briefs to present the issues to the appellate court. Although we were not successful in this case, I have been able to win a number of appeals. I apologize for your experience and not receiving the outcome you had hoped for.
