Matt is very good at commercial real estate law. I was closing on a deal in Tallahassee, but I do not live there. I found him based on Google reviews and took a chance. I was not disappointed. He is honorable, trustworthy, and has lots of experience. He professionally guided me through my first NNN purchase and was always available to talk through the issues.
