        Been here for over a year and omg, I love this complex so much! Spacious, clean, affordable, no monthly pet rent, friendly neighbors and such kind staff! Literally the best apartment complex Ive ever lived in. I hope to live here for a long time!

        Hands down the best place to live in Tallahassee! Although I can say I waited several months to get off the waiting list, any issue I have is resolved in less than 24 hours. The staff is incredibly responsive, helpful and personable. And the collective neighborhood has one of the most generous feeling environments I've ever lived in. A recent bonus is the cutest gift that was left at my door knob when I returned home from work (see picture). So incredibly happy and proud to live here!
