The Savoy at Southwood Apartments

We have been residents of this apartment complex for 2 years now and we absolutely love it! The location is quiet and within a bike ride or walking distance to restaurants and stores. The office staff are always courteous and polite. The maintenance staff is amazing as well. Any issues weve had they have fixed within a day. A great place to live!

I have living here for at least two years and the staff Amanda and the crew have been amazing! They really listen to any concerns you may have about the apartments and the community. Our neighbors are great no complaints and quiet. They have several police officers who live within the complex and they make sure that we are safe and secure. The amenities are great especially the new gym. Come and see this amazing place

While searching for a new residence a little more than a year ago the Savoy was the ONLY property in Tallahassee that called me back. Staff are kind, accommodating, PATIENT, and service oriented. Maintenance is timely, friendly, caring and thorough. Even the courtesy officer is kind and very helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and the grounds are well kept. I have no regrets about choosing this property and would certainly recommend. Recently they got a new property owner and they have been engaging the community in fun creative ways like a newsletter and activities at the leasing office. Those are things I sincerely appreciate and value. Thanks !

Just moved in and my experience with the staff was great! They acted fast and extremely polite/friendly. Compared to other experiences with leasing office this is the best Ive had. Favorite place of living here is the kitchen!
